Our services start with a complimentary
LILLY INFUSION™ foot bath during consultation to relax and unwind you. Hot aromatic towels or heated Himalayan salt stones are often used to spot-treat tight, sore areas to enhance the healing process.
MASSAGE
SWEDISH MASSAGE improves blood circulation, lymph flow and muscle relaxation. It calms and relaxes.
DEEP TISSUE/SPORTS MASSAGE concentrates on treating chronic conditions, and provides relief on a deeper level. It helps prevent and relieve sports-related injuries as well as maximize athletic performance and decrease recovery time.
PRE-NATAL MASSAGE helps to relieve the aches and pains of pregnancy, assists in preparing the mother for the birth process, and enhances physical and mental recovery after the birth of the child. We suggest massage for Dad as well. Packages are suggested for support throughout pregnancy.
BALINESE MASSAGE is a traditional massage from Indonesia passed down through the generations. It combines elements of both eastern and western bodywork to relieve tension, improve circulation, ease stress and promote harmony of body, mind and soul. Essential oils of jasmine, frangipani and ginger are combined with coconut oil to assist in beautification, detoxication and deep relaxation to the nervous system. Balinese massage is often used to ritually honor or celebrate a special time.
SHIATSU uses hand and finger pressure and stretches to access energetic pathways, called meridians. This balances the flow of Qi and assists in balancing the body's natural healing rhythms. Shiatsu is done on a floormat, and recipients wear comfortable clothing.
HOT STONE MASSAGE combines smooth polished stones with deep penetrating heat therapy to relieve stress and loosen tight muscles.
HIMALAYAN SALT MASSAGE uses warm salt crystal stones to ground and balance the body's electromagnetic field, central nervous system and meridians. Salt crystals from an ancient primal sea beneath the Himalayan Mountains are hand-carved into massage stones that gently soothe away an accumulation of stress, tension and pollutants.

ENERGETIC HEALING
REIKI, the channeling of divine life energy, or Qi, reminds the recipient of a truer health and initiates healing on a deep molecular level in all levels of the body’s systems. This gentle touch can often be perceived as a warm comforting peaceful feeling and provides a level of healing and relaxation beyond touch. Angels provide guidance in channeling profound healing.

DETOX
IONIC CLEANSE FOOT BATH is reported to detoxify, re-balance and re-establish the bio-energetic fields of your body, thus making energy available for healing.
The ionic footspa produces a charge of positive and negative ions in the water that allows the body to attract and use the negative ions to rebalance and to release toxins. The detoxification procedure usually takes 30 minutes, the amount of time it takes to cycle the blood in the body. Following a treatment, the body will detoxify for up to 48 hours. A cycle of 14 sessions is recommended, 1-3 times per week, slower if you are over 50 or suffer from an illness.
ENHANCEMENTS may be added to any treatment.
AROMATHERAPY – Essential oils are custom-blended to enhance your treatment.
REFLEXOLOGY – 30 minutes of uninterrupted attention for your feet and lower legs.
EXTRA HANDS or FEET – This truly revitalizing treatment for your most overused and neglected parts includes a foot soak, liberal use of hot towels, dead sea salt exfoliation, essential oils and reflexology to soften, smooth and melt away stress and tension. (Does not include nail or cuticle attention). 30 minutes hands (includes elbows) or feet, or 60 minutes for both.
HEAD AND NECK TREATMENT – Ideal for headache, stress and tension. 15 minutes
SINUS AND ALLERGY RELIEF – Massage, pressure points and essential oils help relieve pain, pressure and congesion. 15 minutes
ENERGETIC HEALING – Finish your massage with 30 minutes of Reiki or Vortexhealing.
CORPORATE/SPECIAL EVENT SERVICES
LILLY INFUSION™ CHAIR MASSAGE sessions are a healthy addition to your company's benefit plan, or a special treat for your staff or clients. Massage is a welcome enhancement to any special event. Therapists use the ancient techniques of Reiki, Shiatsu and Swedish massage in 5 - 45 minute sessions geared to specifically relax and treat areas of stress common to today's working people. Recipients wear their street clothes and sit on our portable massage chairs. Ideal for weddings, showers or other festive occasions. A mini-spa or relaxation zone can be custom-designed to suit your needs with flowers, snacks, aromatherapy, lighting, music and more. Available in Richmond and NYC metropolitan area.

HOME DELIVERY SERVICE – Any of our services can be delivered to your home or other location for the ultimate in comfort and convenience. Additional travel rates will apply. Available in Richmond and NYC metropolitan area.
PACKAGES – Any of our services are available in discounted packages of 3/5/10. Package sessions can be shared with others and make a wonderful gift.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Session time is reserved especially for you. We respectfully ask that you give 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. The full service(s) cost may be charged for any late cancellation or no-show appointment.
